She also taught good techniques and was very encouraging when finetuning my posture, etc. I ended up having a lot of fun - definitely much more than I expected! Highly recommend 10/10

Returned for more classes with Eloise this year. We worked on my posture, pole plants and torso/ hip separation. She gave me drills when needed but also gave me time to enjoy the runs and feel it out on my own. I improved noticeably each session 👍
