With multiple seasons teaching under my belt and a genuine excitement for helping you get the most out of your holiday, I'm super happy to be teaching in both Niseko and Rusutsu this winter. My teaching style is all about reassurance and building confidence - whether you're just getting started, refining your technique, or simply want to know the best lines through the trees, I'm here to help.

• Teaching Style Tailored to You: I'm a big believer that everyone learns at their own pace - whether you're looking for a patient and encouraging approach or to be pushed out of your comfort zone, I'm focused on adapting my coaching to your individual pace and goals.
• Tried and Tested Lesson Structure: If you want to supercharge your skiing progression, I have a structured, tried-and-tested lesson approach focused on building real skiing progression - complete with handy drills you can bring to your own skiing.
• A Belief Skiing Should Be Fun: No matter what your level, skiing should be all about having fun. So if you're game, I'm always up for throwing in some fun challenges to push things further.
• Experienced Kids' Instructor: I've worked in kids' ski programmes in both Australia and Japan, so I'm experienced in kids' coaching. I focus on creating a safe and confidence-building environment while making sure your little ones discover the joy of skiing (and hopefully give you the challenge of trying to keep up with them on the slopes!).
• Native English Speaker: I'm a native English speaker, so I'll provide clear, English-language instruction on both technique and safety - albeit with a bit of a British accent...
• Can Organise Lifts: I can provide lifts between Niseko (or other nearby towns) and Rusutsu on full-day bookings. This means you can explore another resort without the hassle of working out a transfer. This is great for those looking for a day trip to a new ski resort. Availability is limited and for full-day bookings only, so please message me to check availability prior to booking.
• Local Expertise: I know a ski trip is more than just the skiing, it's about the whole experience. So I'm more than happy to share my tips on my favourite local spots, whether that's restaurants, onsens, or anything else that takes your fancy.
