Alexis Carulla

With 18 years of ski teaching experience, including 9 years in Niseko, I have made this beautiful mountain town my home. Having lived in Japan for over 20 years, I enjoy sharing my knowledge of skiing and helping skiers of all ages and abilities build confidence, improve their technique, and discover the joy of skiing.

What makes me happiest is watching my students improve and seeing their big smiles when they reach a new level or achieve something they once thought was impossible.

My teaching philosophy is simple: every skier is different, so every lesson should be different too. I take the time to understand your goals, observe how you ski, and adapt my approach to your needs.

My lessons combine patience, clear technical guidance, personalised exercises, and plenty of encouragement, always prioritising safety and enjoyment.

Whether you're a beginner, skiing with your family, or looking to refine your technique, I would love to teach you, spend time together on the mountain, and help you make the most of your skiing experience.

I look forward to meeting you in Niseko!
